Cancellation Policy
Scootering Liability Policy 1. Assumption of Risk By using a scooter provided by Urban Escape, the rider acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks associated with scootering, including but not limited to falls, collisions, road hazards, weather conditions, and mechanical failures. Riders understand that injuries, property damage, or even death may occur as a result of using the scooter. 2. Rider Responsibility Riders must be at least 18 years old and in good physical condition. Helmets and other protective gear are strongly recommended. Riders must obey all local traffic laws, signs, and regulations. Scooters should be operated in a safe manner, avoiding reckless behavior, stunts, or excessive speeds. Riders are responsible for checking the scooter for any damages or malfunctions before use. If any issues are found, the scooter should not be used. 3. Liability Waiver By using a scooter, the rider agrees to release Urban Escape, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the scooter, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The rider assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred. 4. Indemnification Riders agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Escape from any claims, lawsuits, or expenses that may arise due to their use of the scooter, including damage to property or injury to themselves or others. 5. Equipment Damage and Theft Riders are responsible for any damage to or theft of the scooter while in their possession. Any intentional damage, misuse, or failure to return the scooter may result in fees or legal action. 6. Prohibited Use Scooters may not be used: Under the influence of alcohol or drugs. On highways or restricted roadways. By multiple riders at the same time. In areas where scooters are explicitly prohibited. 7. Acknowledgment and Agreement By using a scooter provided by Urban Escape, the rider acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this policy. Failure to comply may result in termination of scooter access and potential legal consequences.
